CHINESE MANGO SAGO PUDDING

- 02 ripe Mangoes
- 1/4 cup small Sago
- 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup Milk
- Water
DIRECTIONS:
- Soak sago for an hour, wash and remove excess starch before and after soaking process.
- Boil enough water, when it starts to boil add the sago and let it boil until its soft and translucent.
- Drain water in a strainer and wash under running water.
- Peel and chop mangoes (reserve some for garnish).
- In a blender, add mangoes,condensed milk,milk and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the cooked sago and mix well. You can add more condensed milk if you want.
- Keep refrigerated. Garnish with chopped mangoes just before serving.
