CHINESE MANGO SAGO PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:

  • 02 ripe Mangoes
  • 1/4 cup small Sago
  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Water

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Soak sago for an hour, wash and remove excess starch before and after soaking process.
  2. Boil enough water, when it starts to boil add the sago and let it boil until its soft and translucent.
  3. Drain water in a strainer and wash under running water.
  4. Peel and chop mangoes (reserve some for garnish).
  5. In a blender, add mangoes,condensed milk,milk and blend until smooth.
  6. Transfer to a bowl and add the cooked sago and mix well. You can add more condensed milk if you want.
  7. Keep refrigerated. Garnish with chopped mangoes just before serving.
