DOUGHNUT TOPPINGS

SUGAR DOUGHNUTS-

  1. Once the doughnuts are fried immerse them into icing sugar on both sides -( Do this while the doughnuts are hot or the sugar wont stick on it).

CHOCOLATE GLAZED DOUGHNUTS-

Ingredients-
  • 150 gm Cooking chocolate
  • 01 tbsp Butter
  • 1/3 cup Milk

Directions-

  1. Double boil the chocolate until it melts. Add butter and mix well.
  2. Add milk give it a mix, remove from the boil and allow it to cool.
  3. Once it cools down, Dip doughnuts only on one side and serve.

WHITE GLAZED DOUGHNUTS-

Ingredients-

  • 02 egg whites
  • 400 gm Icing sugar (sifted)

Directions-

  1. Put the egg whites in a bowl and beat slightly
  2. Add in the Icing sugar little by little and beat gradually until stiff/ until you reach the desired consistency.- ( when you dip your finger it should not be runny).
  3. Dip the doughnuts in it and let it cool.
  4. You can also add a little bit of food coloring to the mixture and dip doughnuts as per your liking.
