DOUGHNUT TOPPINGS
SUGAR DOUGHNUTS-
- Once the doughnuts are fried immerse them into icing sugar on both sides -( Do this while the doughnuts are hot or the sugar wont stick on it).
CHOCOLATE GLAZED DOUGHNUTS-
Ingredients-
- 150 gm Cooking chocolate
- 01 tbsp Butter
- 1/3 cup Milk
Directions-
- Double boil the chocolate until it melts. Add butter and mix well.
- Add milk give it a mix, remove from the boil and allow it to cool.
- Once it cools down, Dip doughnuts only on one side and serve.
WHITE GLAZED DOUGHNUTS-
Ingredients-
- 02 egg whites
- 400 gm Icing sugar (sifted)
Directions-
- Put the egg whites in a bowl and beat slightly
- Add in the Icing sugar little by little and beat gradually until stiff/ until you reach the desired consistency.- ( when you dip your finger it should not be runny).
- Dip the doughnuts in it and let it cool.
- You can also add a little bit of food coloring to the mixture and dip doughnuts as per your liking.
