SUMMER MASHUP

If your child doesn't like to eat fruits ,blend it up like this and give them a drink which is tasty and healthy.😉

Ready In: 10 mins

INGREDIENTS:


  • 1/2 of Papaya 
  • 1/2 of Pine apple
  • 03 Mangoes
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 10 tbsp Sugar/ as per your taste
  • few ice cubes
  • Ice cream (optional)

DIRECTIONS:



  1. Peel and put all fruits in the blender, add salt, sugar and water. 
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a serving glass put few ice cubes, pour the smoothie, top it up with some ice cream.

Serve chilled!
